Making a sauna visit more intense with scent
Scents can evoke certain emotions that surface unconsciously. If you want to relax, Lavender is a good option. If you prefer a pick-me-up, choose Rosemary.

By working with scents, people gradually get into the atmosphere because they unconsciously recall pleasant memories. (Leon Bastiaans, Beauty & Care)
Scenting various spaces
Saunas and steam baths, but also entrances and conference halls, can be scented using fragrance diffusers. Different scents are often recommended for spaces with specific uses.
- For steam baths, we generally recommend refreshing air scents of the essential oils Eucalyptus and Mint.
- In the sauna, multiple scents can be used, such as Honey-Melon, Citrus Fruit, Pine, etc. Use a maximum of 5 scents per session.
- In the infrared cabin, you can use a roomspray, an aromastone with a scent, or an automatic scent diffuser.

By using a different scent in each room, you get a new scent sensation in every room and are carried along by the scents into your mood.
By diffusing the scent again once every fifteen minutes, the senses are stimulated again. In this way, a scent sensation can be experienced again and again. (Ingrid Bastiaans, Beauty & Care)
