Create the best sauna infusions
We have created a fragrance chart to help you make the right combinations when mixing essential oils. It is important to use the right fragrances in sequence to neutralize the scent in the wooden sauna and to apply the correct dosage per fragrance when pouring. We created this chart so that you can read all this information and create the best infusions. The dosage is based on 1 liter of ice or water in the wooden or stainless steel sauna bucket. 1 ml = 20 drops.

Components in the scent scheme:
- Name of pure, natural essential oil or essential oil blend
- Scent strength (this is always listed at the bottom, on the front of the bottles) The scent strength determines whether the fragrance comes across strongly or less strongly.
- Scent note (this is always listed at the bottom, on the front of the bottles)
- Scent group (this letter is always listed at the bottom, on the front of the bottles)
- Dosage for 1 liter of ice or water in the sauna bucket
- Can be combined with (you do not have to mix all the scents together; the point is that the scent combines well with all these scents individually)

The packaging of the essential oils also lists the botanical name and the country of origin of each essential oil.

All pure essential oils and essential oil blends can be used with a few drops in:
- Aroma burners for a lovely scent in the home
- Aroma stones for a lovely scent in the bathroom or on the nightstand
- Diffusers for a lovely scent in the home
- Humidifiers with a separate compartment for essential oils for a lovely scent in the home
- In the sauna bucket for a lovely scent in the sauna
Use 10 drops of essential oil in 100 ml of massage oil, body lotion, shampoo, or beauty masks for wonderful natural care products:
- Neutral shampoo to make a personalized shampoo based solely on essential oils
- Massage oil to make a personalized scented massage oil.
- Beauty masks to make your own mask with French white clay, green clay, or ghassoul clay that benefits your facial skin. Lavender oil, Tea tree oil, and Eucalyptus oil in combination with Sweet Almond oil or Argan oil are always great to use in face masks.

Make your own perfume with essential oil:
