Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging, and return shipping costs are at your own expense via your nearest parcel point. Once we have received your unopened and undamaged return, we can either refund the products or exchange them; this will be processed within 14 days after we receive your return.
Return a product to us at your own risk and responsibility if:
- you received the wrong product
- the product is not damaged by you but was damaged during transport to your address
- the product is incomplete
- the safety seal is intact (not broken)
- the product is not older than 14 days since receipt
I want to return a product
You can return items using the return form enclosed with your order. Please include your name, address details, order number, and order date. Indicate the applicable reason for return (wrong item, defective, damaged, incomplete). We kindly ask you to return the product(s) in their original condition and, if possible, in the original packaging, together with a copy of the invoice.
For fast and correct processing, please make sure to state:
- company name (if applicable)
- contact person
- order number
- order date
- if possible, include a photo of the damaged product and email it to info@benc.nl

If you are sending the product by post, please use the same address and clearly mark it for the attention of Returns. Remove the previous label from the box to prevent having the package get sent back to you.
