If you place your order before 12:00 on a working day, 96% of all orders are delivered within 2 working days between 8:00 and 17:00.
Free shipping above €30 (NL & BE)
For the Netherlands and Belgium, orders over €30 are shipped free of charge. For orders under €30, a small contribution of €2.95 towards shipping costs applies.
Shipping rates abroad
We also deliver to Germany, France and other European countries. Different shipping surcharges apply per country; delivery usually takes 24–48 hours longer than within the Netherlands and Belgium. All international orders must be paid for in advance.
We currently use the following shipping rates:
- Netherlands and Belgium €2.95 for orders under €30,-
- Germany €14,95
- France €24,95

When will my order be delivered?
Orders in the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered by DHL or Claassen from Monday to Saturday, usually within 4 working days between 8:00 and 17:00. By signing for receipt, you confirm that the shipment has been received in good condition. If you are not at home, the carrier will try again the next working day.
Often not at home?
You can also have your order delivered to a DHL pickup point. Look up the nearest pickup point and enter this location as your delivery address during checkout.
Order not delivered within 4 working days
If your order has not been delivered within 4 working days, please send an email to info@benc.nl. Include your name, address details, order number and order date; we will investigate the shipment and get back to you by email.
Pick up at Beauty & Care in Tilburg
You can also pick up your products yourself if you place your order at least one day in advance. Choose “Pickup at Beauty & Care” during checkout. Pickup is possible on working days from Monday to Friday between 14:30 and 16:30 at:
