Eyebrow paint / eyelash paint Brown No. 3
RefectoCil is an unprecedentedly popular brand in the field of eyelash and eyebrow dye.
With a maximum exposure time of 10 minutes, RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow dye provides a well-covering tint that lasts for weeks, is light and water-resistant with the best result when using 3% hydrogen peroxide.
Use Eyebrow Dye / Eyelash Dye Brown No.3
Prepare the eyebrow paint / eyelash paint with the brown eyebrow paint no. 3 and the oxidant liquid in the supplied bowl.
Mixing ratio: 1 cm paint: 7 drops of oxidant.
Stir the paint with the oxidant liquid in the bowl with the eyebrow paint brush into a nice paste.
TIP!
Add RefectoCil Red No. 4.1 to create warmth and depth in the color for warm color types.
Add RefectoCil Gray No. 1.1 to take the warmth out of the color for cool color types.
PLEASE NOTE: the oxidant is not included, it must be ordered separately.
